I had a great time at this hotel. The friendly staff went out of their way to help me with useful information about nearby places to exchange money and dine. They even printed my plane ticket for me. The option to have breakfast at the hotel was convenient, with prices ranging from 50 to 100 grivna. Although I found better value for money eating out, it was a good choice for those who prefer a quick meal on-site. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the hotel provided a kettle, cup, and spoon upon request. The location of the hotel, while not exactly in the city center, was still convenient as it was situated on Glavnaya Street, which leads directly to the heart of the town. Getting around was easy with affordable taxi rides, ranging from 30 to 50 grivna, as well as reasonably priced bus and trolley fares. Additionally, the hotel had a bar that stayed open until 2am and a fancy restaurant nearby. The prices in dollars were reasonable, especially for a tasty steak at around 9.5$. the atmosphere at the hotel was pleasant and welcoming.

The only minor issue I experienced was some noise from the bar in the basement or the adjacent restaurant. However, it didn't bother me much, possibly because I was exhausted from a long journey.

The hotel has a great location, within walking distance to the main bus station and near a main road that leads to the city center. the rooms were cozy and quiet, and the friendly staff made the stay even more pleasant. Wi-fi worked without any problems, and early check-out was possible.

Some aspects of the hotel could use some improvement, particularly the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

The hotel provided clean robes, slippers, toothbrushes, and toiletries. the staff was helpful and printed our plane tickets. the restaurant had a great variety of breakfast choices, and the location was conveniently close to money exchange points and affordable transportation.

The shower in the bathroom wasn't up to standard and had leakage. the curtains were difficult to use and looked old.

The hotel was perfectly situated near the main street and public transport, which made exploring the city a breeze. The room was spacious and the staff were accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the hearty breakfast and the on-site bar.

While the room was generally clean, a few details were overlooked, such as missing slippers and a noisy mini-bar. the neighboring bar and restaurant could be quite loud late into the evening.

As someone who frequents this city, I found the location of the hotel to be ideal, as it is situated close to the bus station and the main road that leads to the city center. Additionally, the hotel facilities were kept clean throughout my stay, and I had no issues with Wi-Fi connectivity. The staff was also friendly, and their transportation advice was helpful.
